Hi,

 

I have just tried to sign up for hosting. I filled out the forms correctly, however, when i pressed "process my order" I received a message saying "AVS Failiure - Address does not match card holder's address".

 

I checked, and repeated, and received the same message.

 

I contacted my credit card company, and they informed me the first order HAD been processed, and the money had been authorized to be transfered (the second order was apparently canceled).

 

I have not received any emails from TCH informing me the order was successful.

 

Can you confirm that my order has gone through?

I would suggest emailing billing@totalchoicehosting.com for an issue like that.

 

Or possibly presales@totalchoicehosting.com.

i have mailed billing, but if any TCH people are reading this, is there any way to check if the account has been / is being created?

According to our credit card merchant gateway. the address you entered in did not match the address listed with your credit card company.

 

The way the system works, is we take a preauthorization on the credit card and then we do a AVS (Address Verification Check) on the card.

 

Since the AVS failed on your card we will not be taking the funds off of the pre-authorization.

Update:

 

I have been in contact with my credit card company, and they confirmed the address i was entering was correct. However it still doesnt work, so i have raised another ticket with your billing department :)
