[=hris Posted January 25, 2004 Posted January 25, 2004 Hi, I have just bought a domain from TCH, and am waiting for it to get through all the dns's so i can buy webhosting from TCH, however in the mean time, i need to get ports opened in my university firewall. Another site i manage uses port 2082 for cpanel, do TCH's cpanel's use port 2082, or any other ports? Thanks Quote

Although most people behind a corporate firewall are not able to connect to port 2082, if you are currently able to, there should be no problem. Oh yes, Welcome to the Family and your new home! TCH-Rick Posted January 25, 2004 Posted January 25, 2004 You might also want him to open port 2083 so that you can access Cpanel using SSL. Just use https://domain.com:2083 to access the CPanel. Quote
