THE CATCH: Provide your customers with the best service in the industry; treat them with respect (even when their questions seem dumb or redundant). Provide a quality product with competitive pricing. Whenever I've had questions, they’ve been answered. . .When I've had concerns, they've been addressed . . .and always ASAP, usually within minutes. My hat's off to Bill Kish and the TCH staff. Quote
