Guest Singer Posted October 25, 2002 Posted October 25, 2002 Hi, I'm considering moving to your web hosting service Silver Plan. After looking through everything you have on your site, I'm quite impressed with what you have and your support. (This is after coming from a previous hosting service that, let us say, has caused me to research web hosting services more completely!) I maintain the web site for our choir. In the future, I plan to make sound files of some of the songs from some of our concerts available on our web site, after we've checked all the licensing and copyright issues involved. According to the information for your service on the findmyhosting.com web site (Find My Hosting link), there is mention of support for streaming audio. I didn't see mention of it as I was perusing your web site. I also wanted to make sure that you have support for basic MP3 files (at least one hosting service explicitly does not permit sound files). Thanks! Quote
Head Guru Posted October 25, 2002 Posted October 25, 2002 Hello Singer, We pride our company on offering great support to our clients. To answer your questions, yes you can post MP3 files on your site as long as: They are LEGAL MP3 FILES. The web wouldbe no fun without sound! Yes you can stream audio from your site using many different tools available. Support can help you get that setup. Thanks Quote
Guest Singer Posted October 25, 2002 Posted October 25, 2002 Thanks for the info. I'm on my way over! (and legal's the only way I'll go...) Quote

Ayman_ Posted November 20, 2002 Posted November 20, 2002 Only on the client side.. nothing on the server side. Quote
