TotalChoice is now recruiting for the posisition of Mid Level System Administrator. This posistion will involve the following: 1. Answering help tickets from TCH Family Members via our support staff. 2. Daily routine maint. on all TCH servers, including shared and virtual account servers. 3. Performing tasks as assigned by the General Manager. 4. Preparing new servers for production work. 5. Diag. Server Issues and repairing such. 6. Work live chat and deal with support problems via chat. 7. Design and implement security measures, backup procedures and disaster recovery programs.
