Ftp Not Working Right

I can log into my account with my FTP client with my TCH username and password, but when I add an FTP account, (say for a friend) it won't connect...seems to be a password issue of some kind.

 

What am I doing wrong??

If you create an account called bob, for example, make sure that you use bob@domain.com as the username and not just bob. If that does not fix the problem submit a Help Desk ticket and we can look into in more.
