A forum search didn't turn up anything for me, so I thought I'd ask and hope that I didn't just miss something.

As a part of my reseller package, my wife is setting up a WordPress install and wants an SSL certificate to avoid Chrome's "unsafe" warning.  I've enabled Let's Encrypt and gone through Really Simple SSL's activation wizard, but received the following message: "Your hosting environment does not allow automatic SSL installation. Please complete manually You can follow these instructions. After completing the installation, you can continue to the next step to complete your configuration."  But I cannot find any instructions at the links provided.

I have downloaded the CRT, KEY, and CABUNDLE, but I cannot find where to upload them now.

Any advice?

Thanks in advance.

Hi,

Please note that you can't upload an SSL certificate using a WordPress plugin. Also, SSL installation options are not allowed for our shared and reseller except Let's Encrypt for security reasons. You will have to contact our helpdesk to get a third-party SSL certificate installed.
