The other hint: your main page (home page of the site) must be named index.htm (or other appropriate extension such as .html, .php, etc.).

Often, websites built with Microsoft products tend to create the pages named Page1.htm and Page2.htm and etc. You will need to rename Page1.htm to index.htm. Then go change the links back to the home page to reflect the page rename.

Hope that will help some one even if it isn't your exact problem.

What software are you using to create your site?

Albert,

Did you double-check that the files are in your www or public_html folder by going to the Cpanel file manager?

www.yoursitename.com/cpanel

Remember: files here are case-sensitive!!

If you tell us your site name, some members here can take a look for you.

Do you get a blank page, a 404 error or what?

We can help you better if you let us know:

1. Software you used to create your pages.

2. Software you used to upload your pages.

But a good idea in your case would be to submit a help ticket and the staff can make sure the files are really there.

Sorta rambling, but I hope we get you fixed up!

Uh, oh. :)

It looks like you have the dreaded DNS problem!

I pinged your site and www.produb.com resolves to 0.0.0.1

This is a rare event, but it does occur occasionally.

Tell the help desk folks and they will take care of it for you.

Congratulations, your site is up!

Good news: I just checked and can see the front page.

Bad news: Images are missing and the links don't work.

But it's a great start.

Good luck,
