LunarMagic Posted September 19, 2003 Posted September 19, 2003 I recently moved a site into my reseller package, now I'm getting an error when I try to view it: ForbiddenYou don't have permission to access / on this server. Additionally, a 403 Forbidden error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Apache/1.3.28 Server at www.wmmsbl.com Port 80 It was moved over a day ago, I think it was two days now. Everything is uploaded, I can ftp in and view everything. It was working before it moved. Any idea what's causing this? Quote
TCH-Andy Posted September 19, 2003 Posted September 19, 2003 Hi, I would go into cpanel and look at the permissions on the Directory - that could be wrong. The other thing I would check is the .htaccess file. Just try renaming it, and see if that makes a difference, if so, then you know the problem is there. Andy Quote
