I paid my $10.95 to transfer my domain from hostsave.com to you (I also signed up to use you as my host). I then get an email telling me that I am the administrative contact for my domain (I suppose that's right) and I should sign on to a site and click I accept to transfer. When I do that it tells me that this domain cannot be transferred at this time.

Why does this have to be so hard? I cannot for the life of me figure all this out. I have had this domain for a long time now so I can't imagine that's the problem.

Can somebody please help me? If I can't figure all this out I'll just stick with Hostsave and forget it I guess.

Thanks for any help you can provide!

if you already owned the domain name all you need to do is log into wherever you registered the name before and change the DNS servers to point to TotalChoice's name servers which are,

ns1.totalchoicehosting.com and ns2.totalchoicehosting.com

I just answered your help desk ticket about this. It's your previous host that is not letting your domain name go, and you'll need to talk to them about this.
