Ftp Hates Me Now...

I just recently reformatted my computer so I am re-entering the FTP info. For some reason it wont connect now!

 

I double checked the username and password, they are fine. Is there some other setting that I am missing? I use CuteFTP.

What do you get for an error message?

If you tried with the wrong username/password combination several times your IP may be blocked. You can open a ticket with the help desk and have one of the techs check this for you.

Make sure you have passive connection enabled.

Oh!! I got it

 

I had copied it straight from the initial welcome email and it has http:// in front of it. Didn't even think to remove that!
