K_M Posted August 7, 2003 Posted August 7, 2003 What is an add-on domain? Is it like a new TCH account? Or it just points to the same default domain? What is the cost for adding a new add-on domain to my account? If I purchase an add-on domain, then will it have it's own separate features as my current account or will it share my present account? Sharing bandwidth and diskspace is ok. But will other features like separate email accounts for new add-on domain, stats, etc. be present? Or will an add-on domain conflict with my present account? One more thing. Squirrelmail ROCKS. TCH ROCKS. I am about to buy another TCH account. Rock Sign Rock Sign Quote
TCH-JimE Posted August 7, 2003 Posted August 7, 2003 Hi, An add-on domain is like me owning and hosting 123.co.uk and then buying abc.co.uk. The abc must point to the same root folder that 123.co.uk, that is to say, you can not direct it anywhere else. The cost for this is free Jim Quote
cheapwebsolutions Posted August 12, 2003 Posted August 12, 2003 So when xyz.com wants me to host them I create them as an add-on domain? I have a resellers account. Trying to figure it all out! Just found WebHost Manager. Let me check this out first shutup Quote
TCH-Don Posted August 12, 2003 Posted August 12, 2003 There is a set of movies for resellers on the help site. There you can see how to add an account and much more. you may have already seen these, but if not, they may explain a lot. Quote
