Cpanel And Stats

Hi from a new user

 

OK, my story goes like this - I have a hosting account which I foolishly thought I could use for 2 different sites. Then I stumbled across the TCH policy on subdomains and promptly bought another hosting account for the second site. See I'm a good boy really!

 

I'm just wondering how long it takes for the stats via cPanel to activate? My first account has been active for a couple of months and although the site isn't open yet, I have some test pages up and they have been viewed by myself and a few others, but there's no stats for it - everything is just "0".

 

I'd really like to get this sorted before both sites go live.

 

Any ideas?

Started a ticket as requested, which was proptly dealt with and I was told the stats for both sites had been kickstarted.

 

However, I'm still not getting any results on my stats - they all report as zero.

 

I'll start another ticket shall I?

I just answered your ticket but thought I would post here as well since the information is applicable for all.

 

The stats will not show anything before a domain has propagated. If you are using the ip address to enter the site the logs for the server are updated but not your domain logs which the stats programs process.
