Awstats On New Subdomains

Hi there.

 

I just added a few subdomains and I am relying on the ability to check my stats to see if the sites were visited (resumes). I have gone into Cpanel to check, but they are not listed. Is this something that will fix itself the next day? Have I lost any stats from the initial visitors??

I can take a couple of days for stats to begin to run on your new subdomains. No stats will be lost. If you would like to submit a Help Desk ticket I can manually force the stats the first time.

Great. I'll put in a ticket. Just to recap, I will still be able to see all the hits to the site, even if it takes a few days for the awstats to apear?
