Antivirus Software

Has anyone got any experience with kasper sky antivirus?

 

Is it a memory hog?

 

I was told by a guy that put it on his pc that it has been real slow every since he installed it;

 

just wondering if anyone here has used it.

Well I've got to say I have never heard of that one...check out AVG

Kaspersky is a well known anti virus program and gets high marks for protection and low on resources.

 

But in my opinion, the free version of AVG for home use is great.

I have been using Kaspersky Internet Security suite for about a year and have had no problem with either the program or the computers resources.

 

Does the friends computer meet the requirements for their antivirus program? kaspersky.com/kaspersky_anti-virus (bottom of page)

Myself - this is the first I have heard of kasper too.

 

I have been using AVG free for years and I swear by it.

Avast is nice for home use as well.
