Help With Top Navigation

I've been trying to fix the top navigation, and for the most part it is fine. However, there is this UGLY blank white space between the blue and grey navigation on top. How can I eliminate it?

I'm slightly biased here .... I really don't like pop-ups, so I'm not likely to be back (even though it didn't actually pop-up because my system blocked it).

 

Your problem is due to many errors - have you looked at the site using different browsers. On some your text is largely off the page.

 

I'd suggest starting by getting rid of some of the 125 coding errors, you can see by following the validation link below.
