I've been trying to fix the top navigation, and for the most part it is fine. However, there is this UGLY blank white space between the blue and grey navigation on top. How can I eliminate it? Check it out now...looks pretty cool. Just cannot seem to get the search box lined up with the input text box. BTW, i appreciate all the help you all have given me on this.

Mistakenly forgot about that, but I added it in between the head tags and it still does not work. Search function is working, but no background image showing.

How would one go about including a couple of search boxes (like http://www.cnbc.com has on the top) with a picture in the background, lets say a corporate logo. What would be the simplest way to do the coding on that? I'm trying to go for this effect, it is very similar to Yahoo's search box on the top of their front page.

What about smaller companies that can get the job done?

Instead of developing my own site template etc. does anyone know of a company that designs website templates that would be able to help on a lower budget?

Would anyone that has photoshop be able to transform it for me? Or is there a site or free program that automatically does it for you?

I want to have a professional redesign of my site, of course without paying money. I wanted to model my site after redherring.com which looks very top notch. How can I go about this, without really copying their HTML but still getting the same effect?

How do you create a box, or body for the entire HTML of a web page? I want it to be like yahoo, where when you change the size of the browser window, none of the text is changed. My website's (http://www.antandsons.com) middle text is squeezed together when i try to minimize the browser. How can i fix this?

I removed the commenting and it made the body ineffective. Good catch. I just started shrinking my browser and noticed that the text in the center column did move as I moved the browser. How can i fix this?

Changed the order of the elements. The page is back to normal, though the print layout is the same. I am wondering maybe if there is another problem. For example, on some computer the content column (middle column with all the text) is really squeezed together, just like it is in the print preview screen. It's probably something with the style sheet that I have to fix. What do you think? Any suggestions?

Okay, did that, but it still did not lead to a solution.
