tamda Posted April 11, 2007 Posted April 11, 2007 Hi, Anyone out there having issues opening up a Support Ticket with TCH helpdesk? TCH upgraded their Support Ticket system and now I can't login to create tickets. I even tried "Registering" a new account and still nothing. I tried IM and "Live Chat" with the techs but no response. Anyone out there can help? Quote
TCH-Thomas Posted April 11, 2007 Posted April 11, 2007 It should work. No need for registering or login in the beginning. You should only need to click the "submit a ticket" link. When you receive the confirmation email for the ticket. There will be a link to click with which you use your email and password to login with. Username and pasword is attached in the email. Quote

That's the problem. I did not get any email. That was why I "Register" another name and still did not get any email. Quote
TCH-Bruce Posted April 11, 2007 Posted April 11, 2007 Check your spam folders. You should have received a message with the ticket number. Quote
tamda Posted April 11, 2007 Author Posted April 11, 2007 Bruce, Where is the SPAM folder? I don't have SPAM BOX enable. I have "totalchoicehosting dot com" in my whitelist and my SPAM ASSASSIN is set to 5. Quote
TCH-Dick Posted April 11, 2007 Posted April 11, 2007 Can you please PM me the email addresses you used? If they do not show up in the system I will make sure they are added. Quote
abinidi Posted April 12, 2007 Posted April 12, 2007 In this case it shouldn't matter, but for future use, as a general rule I don't use my TCH account for communication with TCH. Not in help desk tickets, not as server contact info, etc. Why? Because when there is trouble with my server, I can't get messages from TCH if I'm using my TCH e-mail address. And since I like to keep all my tickets consolidated into one account, I use my g-mail for all tickets and all server-info settings. You might consider the same, in the future. Quote
