That's the problem. I did not get any email. That was why I "Register" another name and still did not get any email.

Hi, Anyone out there having issues opening up a Support Ticket with TCH helpdesk? TCH upgraded their Support Ticket system and now I can't login to create tickets. I even tried "Registering" a new account and still nothing. I tried IM and "Live Chat" with the techs but no response. Anyone out there can help?

Bruce, Already open a helpdesk ticket. Hopefully they won't say "we don't support scripts written by someone". As for the code...it is not a typo. The "id" is the login name assigned by TCH to access cpanel. If I don't put "/home/BruceTheMan/cpaneluser/path-to-config.php", there would be other Path Not Found errors. I guess no one encountered the "Couldn't Resolve Host ...." error. Weird. Will update here if helpdesk assist or if a solution is found.

Hi Bruce, Besides changing the "require('/home/id/cpaneluser/config.php');" in Index.php and the config.php to include the login names and passwords, is there some place else I need to modify? As I have mentioned, it was working fine and I have changed nothing to the configuration but logging in again today gave me the error "Couldn't Resolve Host something dot com" Thanks.

Hi, I was running version 2.0 with no issues but haven't touched it since last summer. Now, when I log in, I get "Couldn't resolve host '****'. I then upgraded to version 3.0 thinking it might help but got the same error after successfully logged in. Any thoughts? Thanks.

Hi All, I would like to know if there is a way to grant someone permission to create additional access for others to a password protected directory without access to CPANEL. For example: I created an account for John to have access to "http://www.******/a_protected_directory". Now I ONLY want John to have the ability to grant Mary, Jane, Smith, or whoever to have access to the same password protected directory without granting John access to CPANEL to create the new accounts. Hi, My websites are hosted by TCH and wondering if there is a way to redirect webmail access automatically to secure access. What I am trying to do is, if I type "*****/webmail", I want it redirected to "https://www.****/webmail" (note the "s" at the end of "http"). I don't want to embed a script on the website to direct my users to SquirrelMail or Horde because they won't have access to "Change Password", "Forwarding Options", "Auto Responder", and "Aging" options. Unless they login the regular way which will be too much of a hassle. Thanks for the help. Dave

meisaputra, From what you wrote, it seems you can see the statistics but not the graphics associated with the stats. If that is the case, as per Bruce, you need to make sure everything from the ZIP file is uploaded, especially all the .png files under the "/images" folder. p.s. welcome to the forum.

Thanks Peter. How do you enforce users to POP/IMAP into the appliance instead of going directly to the external email server themselves? I found something that seems to do what I need but I have to upgrade to a dedicated server plan at TCH b/c it is a system wide change. It is a method call "copyuser". Essentially, you need to append approximately 10 lines of code to the sendmail configuration file (sendmail.cf). I am currently testing this on my own linux server to see if this truly works for me. Hi, I'm new to this and it is exactly what I am looking for. Questions: 1) We still need to include the CPANEL login information in the CONFIG.PHP, correct? I also assumed that "CURL" means to create a login via the Password Protected Directories instead of embedding the login in the CONFIG.PHP file. If I assume incorrectly, please let me know. 2) In order to forbid someone from FTPing the CONFIG.PHP, we still need to put it outside the PUBLIC_HTML directory and modify the CONFIG.PHP to look in the new directory? Mitch, Still researching but the Guard E/N won't work for us. It's an appliance that needs to be installed. Since our server is a TCH server, I doubt they would let us install that hardware in their DC just so we can use the feature. I think we need to look at a software solution that will work in conjunction with EXIM that will capture every piece of outgoing and incoming emails to a location on the TCH server which we can then download for backup. I'll post my finding if I can find a solution. In the meantime, if anyone else have suggestions, please let us know. Thanks! Dave

Hi all, Just wondering if anyone ran into similar situation as myself on the following: Our servers are hosted by TCH. I have a need to get a copy of all outgoing emails from everyone in the company as a requirement from our industry. We don't want the users to have access to change that setting (i.e. within their email clients). Ideally, for every email send, a copy of that email also gets send to a "catch-all" email account so we can back it up. I have opened a helpdesk ticket and the reply was "no we don't offer that feature on our servers". So I am wondering if anyone have any suggestions. Thanks in advance! Dave
