rksprst Posted November 11, 2006 Posted November 11, 2006 I posted a thread a while back saying how I was unhappy with TCH on how they handled the movement of my server. I was critical of TCH but nothing whatsover that would warrant my thread's deletion. I got a reply from a staff member who politely replied. Today, another user replied to my thread stating that he was unhappy with TCH's customer support in the last six months and he gave examples of this. The thread had nothing whatsover offensive or something that should be deleted. Unless any review of TCH that is not positive is deleted. I have read on the forum that TCH deletes such reviews, but would never think my thread would have gotten deleted as it was not at all improper - just my honest opinion. As well as other users who replied. At this point all the positive reviews of TCH in this forum lack all credibility for me. How many hundreds negative reviews were deleted? I'm sorry but I won't trust any thread in this forum again, its obvious that negative threads are deleted. It would be ironic if this reply was also deleted. BTW, I just happen to have my deleted thread loaded on my handheld - as I viewed it right before it got deleted. Why have a review section at all if you will just delete negative reviews? Why not instead have a "Why you should choose TCH" type of section (written by the staff) instead? BTW, abosolutely NOTHING on the deleted thread broke any forum rules. It was probably one of the more civilized negative threads against TCH - as there were no emotional replies. No reason for it be deleted. Needless to say I am quite disappointed in TCH - a company that I used to refer anyone who asked me for hosting. Not anymore. Sorry.
