Smf Problem

GM everyone.

I just installed SMF via my C-Panel. I can't get to the admin area.

I type in --- link deleted --- and it brings me to an error page. Any help?

It looks as if you tried creating it in a directory "Discussion Board" rather than discussionboard - remember that the names are case sensitive, and it's best not to include spaces.

Its also best not to use uppercase.

This is for folder and file names

You can use underscore or hyphen between words if you like.

Dunno I always use uppercase for my directories such as Forums, Lazarus and so on.

There is no issue using upper or lower case on the servers. You just have to address you links accordingly. Not like a Windows/DOS world where case doesn't matter.
