Infact, I think I refer someone here at least once a day LOL.

 

I've been using TCH for over a year now for my message board domain and I finally moved my personal domain over as well. The prices/packages were what really brought me here, but I think the support is what keeps me here. Everytime I have had an issue or a question, I have always recieved a quick response and the issue was solved. The support system here is truly amazing

 

I just wanted to say thank you for that! I finally found a webhost I love enough to stick with

It's true she does boast about TCH! I was at my wits end yesterday with my former host and had stated in a group I needed new hosting. Melly has tokd me more than once to switch to TCH and I finally listened! Thanks hon!

I am so glad I took a little time to research hosts. I just realized that we have been with you nearly a year, and have never had to contact you past the inital setup. You keep adding features, increasing quotas, all while maintaining reliability. I wish every company we dealt with took such pride in their work.

 

Keep it up. Whenever anyone asks me for web host recommendations, your company is the only name that comes up.
