randy Posted June 27, 2003 Posted June 27, 2003 Noob question: What do I have to do to get my site up and running? •I had already paid for the "starter plan" for one domain and the "silver plan" for another. •According to 2cko.com, one domain name was registered and pointed to TCH the other was not. •I did receive a "welcome" email with the login info, but that was back in April (priorities,priorities) but site still not available. •Emailed tech support and a ticket was generated but then it was closed. •Jumped in a tech support chat and was told to email tech support to generate a ticket. The help ticket will still be present. If you log into the help desk and click on tickets, then click on "closed" you will find all the closed tickets that you have started.
