Hello,

Previously I had changed my MX entries to point to my runbox.com account. I would like to change them back to their default for my tch server, but under the new cpanel I cannot find where the option is.

Thanks,

Rich

I think you would need to submit a helpdesk support ticket, and they'll be able to help you.

(You can also wait and see if anyone more knowledgeable than me have any other better ideas... :tchrocks:)

Bruce,

Server 36...I found the URL, but it wouldn't let me do anything since the option was disabled. I did submit a ticket and it is now enabled again.

Thanks for your help.

Glad you solved your problem. Don't be afraid to contact the help desk, however. They really are nice people. And you are paying them for their help (through your monthly hosting fees).

BTW, We haven't seen you in the forums since December, and I'm not sure you got a proper welcome even back then. So welcome (back) to the forums! Don't be a stranger! :)

Thanks,

No offense of course, but I just like to figure things out for myself. It's a hacker mentality (without the hacking :))

I don't need to help desk to modify my MX entry. I can do that myself. I was just looking for some help on finding WHERE to do that, since the theme has upgraded, lol.

Now, can I just get ssh access? lol

Thanks again.

lol...no. Not on a shared server anyway. On a dedicated server sure no problem.

Don't forget also that since you are on a shared server that a problem you may enjoy banging your head against might be causing another to give up on this "whole internet thing". By reporting it you may be fixing a problem for another who may not even know how to ask for help.
