Reaffirmation Of Awesomeness

Ok, I just had a problem with my cPanel theme and posted a brief question on the forums in the Major Announcement thread. Within two minutes, I had a correct response. Then I realized that I do not see Fantastico in cPanel, though it was supposed to already be there. I opened a HelpDesk ticket with Priority: Medium....answered in 4 minutes. Resolved in 15-20 (or less....my stopwatch is in the shop).

 

I will gladly volunteer my time and/or knowledge to the TCH staff or to the Forums. I have about 5-6 yrs Linux experience and have run Linux exclusively at home for almost 3 years.

 

In conclusion, if you are reading here to see whether or not TCH is for you and wonder if you will get good service for such a reasonable price, stop looking!!! Go sign up!! I've been with TCH for 3 or 4 years....lost count. Maybe had 3 major issues....all resolved unbelievably quickly. I cannot say enough good things about TCH.
