Hi guys,

I've got a trivial question for you guys, the gurus ...

I try to access my ftp account using a regular ftp client. When I'm hoe through my DSL line it works perfectly, I use it all the time. But during the day, I'm in the office and my customer's firewall doesn't seem to allow any traffic on port 21 (the ftp client can't connect).

So my question is: Is it possible to connect to my ftp account (ftp.mywebsite.com) through another port?

Thanks for your help!!!

Cheers

Thanks Bob for your answer.

Cpanel does work but is not really nice to use for regular ftp maintenance...

So according to you, it's not possible to access my ftp account with a ftp client through another port that could be open on the firewall?

Cheers

Since it's a +45.000 employee energy company and I'm just a contractor there, I doubt they will change it for me :o)

But any way, thanks a lot for your feed-back,

Stéphane
