DougMac
I'm new to web site design and hosting. Having a good time learning as I go. One problem I can't find the answer to. I have Gallery2 installed and running except the slideshow. I get a error that reads "The applet relies on a G2 module that is not currently enabled. Enable remote module" Can this be done? and how? Thank You, Doug
TCH-Tim
I don't use Gallery for my albums so I don't know, but welcome to the forums anyway. I'm sure someone will be along in the morning to answer your question.
TCH-JimE
Hello Doug, Welcome to the fourms. If you could please start a support desk ticket stating about the GD2 module, they will take a look for you JimE
getitdone
I donno if this will help but let's try. It has been awhile since I installed gallery2, so don't remember if it(slideshow) is installed by default or not. it is working for me now. so .. . . login as admin click site admin (top right) click modules (on the left) scroll down to display section look for slideshow is there a green thumb up? then it should work. if not, is it a red cicrle then you need to install(a link on the right) THEN activate it(also link on right). that should work. let me know.
