jwstearns Posted March 11, 2006 Posted March 11, 2006 I received a mesage saying my e-mail box was full, so I went through and deleted all the e-mail (inbox, folders and trash), but cpanel still says teh mailbox is full. I upped the quote so emails won't be bounced, but how do I clear the e-mail size? Thanks Quote
TCH-Andy Posted March 11, 2006 Posted March 11, 2006 Welcome to the forums jwsterns If you have removed all the mail, it should reset itself anyway. One that is often missed is the spam folder (if you have one set up) and also the sent mail items (if you use webmail). If it still doesn't seem to clear, open a ticket at the help desk, and we'll take a look. Quote
TCH-Bruce Posted March 11, 2006 Posted March 11, 2006 Welcome to the forums When you say you cleared those folder we are presuming you meant the folders on your account residing on the server and not an email client. If that is what you meant then check the Spam folder as Andy suggested. If not, it's the folders on the server that need clearing. Quote
