zeegirl Posted March 4, 2006 Posted March 4, 2006 Hi all- Another question for you: the new website I just uploaded to www.rondelkennels.com propgated from its old webhost in about 12 hours and seems to be working just fine. However, my aunt, who has an AOL dial-up connection, still sees the old site's pages through AOL's browser. When she uses IE to access the site she can see the new design. I had her hit refresh but the old pages still show up. My guess is that AOL's servers are still looking at the old server and that it just hasn't propagated everywhere yet, but it's been almost a week now and that seems awfully odd to me. Any suggestions for how to solve the problem? Thanks! ~Lindsey Quote
TCH-Bruce Posted March 4, 2006 Posted March 4, 2006 Clear the cache and delete all temporary internet files and see what that does. Or it could be that AOL has cached your site and she'll have to wait until they cache it again to see the new version. Quote
TCH-JimE Posted March 6, 2006 Posted March 6, 2006 Hello, You can always email AOL and ask them to update their cache JimE Quote
