saurus1234 Posted February 4, 2006 Posted February 4, 2006 Hello I am tring to upload my web page using fetch ftp which was working perfectly until today. Now whenever I try to upload my web page it gives me a timeout error saying "there was a timeout trying to establish a passive mode data connection." I checked my preferences and passive mode is checked. I haven't changed anything that I know of in my ftp settings from when it was working. Thanks Bill Quote
Head Guru Posted February 4, 2006 Posted February 4, 2006 It is best to open a support ticket, but I will give it a shot. Can you provide a traceroute from your connection to the server please. Quote
