n2access Posted June 8, 2003 Posted June 8, 2003 I think Squirrelmail is much better than Neomail and I want to convert to it for several web sites. I can link to the login page (/sqmail/) but I want to put the login box in a section on the main page, thus avoiding an extra step and making the webmail look more integrated with the web site. How do I do that? Is there html code I can cut and paste? Thanks, Jerry Quote
KevinW Posted June 9, 2003 Posted June 9, 2003 Try going to the SquirrelMail web site for some possible ideas. Here's the link to their Customizing SquirrelMail page. Whoops --- I dug a little more and found the actual page you want --- http://www.squirrelmail.org/wiki/en_US/Emb...uirrelMailLogin HTH! kw Quote
n2access Posted June 9, 2003 Author Posted June 9, 2003 Thanks KW. This is EXACTLY what I was looking for. I modified the code a bit to make it fit into my web site. For others trying to do the same thing, just follow the link above to get the code and modify the http line to "******/sqmail/..." Everything else can be used as posted. Thanks for the lead. gorriedt Posted June 10, 2003 Posted June 10, 2003 I think I had been posting in the "pinned" section, sorry! Anyway, here's my small problem with squirrel mail: I cannot get my "preferences" (under options) to change at all! My username is still defaulting to "user@domain.com"...not the full name i entered. It sounds odd...but this was the only post I could find on the Squirelmail webpage: http://www.squirrelmail.org/wiki/en_US/Cha...IdentityProblem Am I able to access the files? Anythoughts on how this could be fixed? Thanks! -Dave (another satisfied customer ) Quote
