Hey Gang,

 

Over the past several days some of you have been having some major issues with your mailing man lists.

I have seen the tickets come in and we have been working on this issue diligently for the past several days.

 

Today at 5pm we were set to send a mass e-mail communication to our customers notifying them of this issue.

 

However, I am so pleased to announce that we have identified the issue and it has BEEN corrected.

 

I would like to thank customer MR. TORRES for his patience and latitude with me today while we worked together thru this issue and I was finally able to nail this bug down and SQUASH it.

 

Anyways, MAILMAN issues should be behind us now.

So if my existing mailing list (2-ish years) and my new mailing list (1 week or so) are still having troubles and apparently receiving or sending no emails should I simply open a help desk ticket?
