Hi there,

Index Manager seems to be down, or at least, part of it is. I want to disable the viewing of certain directory indexes, and when I try to save the option for "no indexes" via the Index Manager, I get the following error message:

Not Found

The server was not able to find the document (./frontend/bluelagoon/indexmanager/deluser.html) you requested

Please check the url and try again.  You might also want to report

      this error to your webhost.

Any idea when it will be back?

Thanks!

I must be blind because I can't find it. :D

"cpaneld/6.0 Server at 207.44.248.87" - I get that on the error page when I try to use the Index Manager. Does that help? Apparently that's server 26.

Funny thing is... whilst I was at work today, I was able to use the Index Manager and turn off the index for a directory. But here at home it won't work.

Computer at work is a Windows PC, my computer is a Macintosh.

OK, I figured out what was up. The browser I used here at home, Safari, isn't liked by CPanel. Using Internet Explorer the Index Manager works just fine.

Guh. :(

Ah, that's good to know! Thanks for the update and sorry for the trouble.

Note to self: Safari browser on Mac not good with cPanel. Got it.

Thanks! :)
