We have migrated both our Main site SQL Servers and Main Site HTTP Servers to new platforms.

 

We did experience approximately 45 minutes of no working e-mail from the help desk, however this has been corrected.

 

You should see a great increase in the speed of these forum, help desk, main site and help site.

 

This was a well thought out and well executed plan. I am VERY proud of the people involved in this huge migration. This was a very large scale move of large complex databases, content, billing records, invoice material and so on. My team worked for HOURS on this, I am very proud of them.

 

The TCH main servers are very busy machines serving 100's of thousands of visitors.

 

We hope these upgrades will improve your experience here at TCH.

 

I would like to ask if you notice any problems with the site please let us know right away so that we can correct them. We did spend several hours proofing things and we are pretty confident that things are in order. However, if not please post here and we will get things corrected.
