Lifeguard Sleeping Posted May 31, 2003 Posted May 31, 2003 (edited) hi. when i joined Total Choice Hosting i was given a login and password for my account, since then there has been a name change. today i'm trying to register another domain and it says my login and password aren't valid anymore! i have a copy of the e-mail i received from Total Choice and i have checked it. i'm also worried that when you try to charge my the next semester it won't work! what shall i do? "" so, i'm not hosted at TotalChoice? i really don't know what else i can do... mitch, you told me to go to 'manage' and retrieve lost password, well, it says my login doesn't exist!!! this is a paradox! i already tried to contact support by MSM messenger, but it seems that there's nobody there... anyway, when you try to make the billing this semester you'll notice that the credit card is invalid (it expires every year) so i hope you'll contact me then and tell me exactly what can i do to update my information!
