misnomer Posted May 17, 2003 Posted May 17, 2003 Ok I'm brand new and trying to set up two accounts. I went into my cp for one (using the " before domain name propagation" link) and got it all set up. Problem is, when I go to set up the second one I keep getting the first one . I logged out, cleared my cache, deleted the cookie and tried the link again and I popped right up already logged into the first one again. How can I access the cp on the second account? Do I have to wait for everything propagate first? Quote
TCH-Sales Posted May 17, 2003 Posted May 17, 2003 It might do that if you click the "remember me" when the logon window comes up, but other than that you shouldn't have a problem. Might try clearing your history, other than that I'd be sure your matching the right login with the right password. Quote

misnomer Posted May 17, 2003 Author Posted May 17, 2003 Thanks, I use Netscape and the problem persisted even after clearing history, cookies and everything else I mentioned above. I was about to fire up another computer here but decided to give IE a try. That did it. Netscape was apparently saving something somewhere that I didnt ask it to, and wouldnt let it go I think everything is good now and I have to say that even with the (minor) bumpy start, the staff at TCH has been very responsive. I appreciate that. Quote
