I am a newbie on most all levels and I'm completely self-taught, so I definately don't feel advanced yet. Maybe the number of postings for an advanced member ranking could be raised. Then have a committee of you Guru/support guys that can award a newer member "advanced" status before they necessarily reach the number of postings...if they trully are advanced in their knowledge.
