Hi there,

 

I've got a email forward set up on my account and it works beautifully. The problem is that I keep reaching my email quota. Apparently the emails are still accumulating on the server, even though they are being redirected to an aol account.

 

How can I fix this problem using the CPanel?

 

I see something about Email Aging and it only working with POP3 sessions. With an email forward, I'm not sure if this applies.

If you only want the address to forward to another account you would only need to add that address to the forwarders and not add it under the Manage/Add Accounts. You can delete the account you created there to delete the email on the server.

I'm a bit confused - I thought we couldn't forward to AOL accounts?
