I had a client leave TCH recently, she said it was a trust issue. I was confused and thought about it for awhile. Then I realized, we can not please all the people all the time, some people, well they are just not family.

I literally scratched my head on this one Bill... trust issues? That's something you have with a new girlfriend, not a hosting company as fine as TCH (lol). But as you said, you can't be everything to everyone, but you're pretty darn close (judging by how many people frequent these forums).
