Steve Scrimpshire Posted March 27, 2005 Posted March 27, 2005 I just wanted to stop by and say that I have been hosted by TCH for about 15 months now and as far as I know, my site has never been down, not even once. Once I needed to know my path for a CGI script and I could not find it in the FAQs or anywhere (it may be there, but I still haven't found it), so I sent HelpDesk ticket requesting the information. Within an hour, I had an answer and I believe it was even on a weekend. The one thing I would like to see is referral credit, so that I could put a link on my site or in my signature in the many forums I am a member of and if someone signs up, I get some kind of bonus...maybe a free month or something. If this already exists, I can't find info about it. Anyway, great company, great service, great support. I give it 3 thumbs up. Quote
