Can Not Reset Password For Cpanel

I forgot my password to CPANEL login and tried the password reset screen. It says an email has been sent, but, I do not recieve an email.

Please open a Help Desk ticket using the link at the top of this page and include your phone number, zip code, and last four digits of the credit card used as a security measure and we can reset the password. Just put 'unknown' for any information you do not know in the required fields on the form.

Any password is a great secure password keeper,

I would be lost without it.
