I was curious, and this just crossed my mind today.

Each time a Technician/Billing/any Support Personnel enter my FTP/HTTP or email, are they bound by any special 'rules'/'regulations' to make sure my Data stays confidental and secure?

I handle secure material each day and some of it might be stored encrypted on my FTP in the near-future. Plus, some of my employees are contacted by email and we discuss items in that manner.

I would like to know. If the staff do not wish to answer this in the forums, they can email me with the information I have on-file, hence they perfer that we not post personal details online.

Thanks, if you need clairifacation, post that.

Each employee that works at TCH is bound by a singed NDA.

And if possible to know,

What does that NDA cover?

Is it against the AUP or any other items to store encrypted items on your servers?

*whisper* You spelled signed wrong! /whisper

In your first post you misspelled the following words:

confidental

perfer

clairifacation

But who's counting.

Please contact me off board and I will be glad to give you a copy of the NDA.
