Program Locations (gpg)

i'm looking for the wherabouts of gpg on the TCH servers.

is there a listing of common program locations?

Agora Cart needs to encrypt credit card information. I'd like to know as well...

I imagine the path is most likely /usr/bin/gpg.

thanks for the replies...

i believe the path is /usr/sbin/gpg although i am yet to get it working properly.

is there any way of logging in using a shell? i'm sure i saw that feature here, but couldnt find it the other day when i went looking.

Sure. just go to TCH Help Web Site and click on the SSH (Secure Shell) link along the left.

looks like they removed it... or rather, are now charging $10/year for it. strange...

the fact that they give you a workaround, but disable the straightforward service

is a bit confusing.

Sorry, my response to you was not to simply imply that you have SSH by default. SSH is NOT available by default.

I was trying to provide you with a link that gave you your options:

1. You can make a request to TCH for SSH, and if approved, there will be an additional $10 per year charge

2. There are two PHP scripts that provide a pseudo-shell environment

3. Or, for installing software, there are ways of installing most software without needing SSH access
