It should have been answered by now. Did you get the automatic confirmation email about the ticket? Did you check your spam box?

 

If you got the automatic confirmation you can click the link to check the status of your ticket -if you didn't, then it probably got blocked by your filters.

In my own experience a reply usually arrives within 30-60 minutes depending on how much they have to do and what the issue is as well on which priority you entered in the ticket. If you used any free email (like hotmail) be sure to check the spam folder etc. These folders tends to be sorted wrong sometimes. If no email is found in any folder in your email account, you can either chat with a tech live here or contact one of them on their instant messengers.

well yes I received the confirmation email... so I know the ticket got you TCH support... but the ticket is still open and the issue unresolved... I guess my question is better stated as how long does it take to have an issue resolved via support ticket

It should be easiliy under 24 hours, if not less than 12. If you haven't received any response (not even a, "looking into it" type) then I'd add another reply to the ticket (you should do that via the page, it's easier IMO) and ask for it to be looked at again.

Since you did not mention this ticket was a Account Cancellation Request I gave you the wrong information.

 

Account Cancellations are done on a first come, first serve basis. They are after all not "urgent" tickets.

 

Your ticket is in the queue for Michelle to process.

 

Your account will be cancelled once she gets to it.

I have other web space through TCH so I'm not leaving all together. I just had second thoughts about the other account I opened and sent it in as urgent b/c I didn't want too much time to pass risking my money not being refunded.

Nah dont worry about that.

 

If your ticket was sent in before your 30 days your golden.

 

We use the date stamp from the ticket to determine refunds.

Ahh ok. And don't get me wrong. I'm happy with the service so far and definitely like getting fast replies to my questions here on the board. I just had second thoughts about buying the additional plan... wanted to think about it for a little while longer.
