I signed up and paid for hosting back on Dec. 22nd and was going to register a domain name through you as well, but if I remember correctly it said I needed a username and password first before I signed up for a domain name. So I paid for the hosting and assumed I would get a username/password sent to me then I would sign up for the domain name. However, I haven't got anything yet and just tried to do the domain name again and it said I needed a customer number, which I don't have either.

 

Here is the only info I have got so far.

 

Invoice ID.........: 17885

Invoice Generated..: 12/22/2004

 

What do I need to do ?

The domain service is separate so you need to create an account.

Check your bulk/spam folder on the email account you signed up with. If your welcome email is not there, then drop a ticket to the Help Desk(link at the top of this page). Use N/A or unknown for the User and Pass.

You guys were very helpful and I got my welcome letter resent. However, I have another problem. When I originally signed up for hosting I cuold have swore it said damageinc.cc was available so I put that in as the domain I was going to use however I didn't purchase the domain since I thought I needed the welcome letter which got sucked into a vortex some place.

 

After I got the welcome letter resent everything was set to damageinc.cc so I figured great, I'll just go pick up the domain, well turns out it wasn't available. I ended up buying damageinc.org instead.

 

What I need to have done is get my account switched over from damageinc.cc to damageinc.org. I tried putting in a ticket but said it didn't get sent because I could get help by reading 2 links it suggested, but those don't seem to be too helpful.

The domain name has been changed, everything else like username and password you recieved in the welcome e-mail stays the same.
