Guest Bob Fretwell Posted April 3, 2003 Posted April 3, 2003 Can anyone help. please? I have e-mailed Total Choice with this question (yesterday) but, possibly because of the time difference (I am English, but live in Spain) I have not had any reply yet. I am desperate to register, but need to be assured that Total Choice will support my chosen cash receiver, PayPal. I need to close my domain hosting and parking contract with my present host (who shall be nameless-I don't wish to lay myself open to court proceedings for libel!) so this information is urgently needed. Please, can anyone help me? Quote
TCH-JimE Posted April 3, 2003 Posted April 3, 2003 Hi, Do you mean you want to pay for the hosting via Paypal, or you want to sell something off your website via paypal? Remember TCH does do a 30 day money back gurantee Jim Quote
Guest Bob Fretwell Posted April 3, 2003 Posted April 3, 2003 Hi Jim, thanks for replying-No-I can pay by credit/Debit card. What I want to know is can I use the payPal system on my web site to get cash from my (hoped-for) customers? Thanks, Bob Quote

TCH-JimE Posted April 3, 2003 Posted April 3, 2003 Hi, Having looked at the paypal website, if you mean somthing like what is at this link: http://www.paypal.com/cgi-bin/webscr?cmd=p...b/index-outside Although I am not staff, Then as far as I know if you use the above solution, the answer is yes. TCH is a fully working website host, just remember its not a microsoft server! Jim Quote
Guest Bob Fretwell Posted April 3, 2003 Posted April 3, 2003 Thanks Jim, that's all I needed to know. Great to know there's help out there (even if the boss, Bill Kish, is still asleep! once again, thanks. Bob-now I can sign up! Quote
TCH-JimE Posted April 3, 2003 Posted April 3, 2003 Welcome to TCH! Btw the way paypal works, all you do on your own website it set up a button which when clicked, just sends a small bit of information to your paypal account which handles the rest! Jim P.S. maybe we should clone Bill. Wonder what his wife would think? Quote
Bob Fretwell Posted April 3, 2003 Posted April 3, 2003 thanks again, Bob Cloning, huh?, wonder if that would get my work done quicker? Quote
bethohio3 Posted April 3, 2003 Posted April 3, 2003 Although noone has sent me money yet, I have gotten the PayPal one click payment system working on my website. (No, you can't see it--it's in a protected subdomain.) --Beth Quote
