mr0w1 Posted November 30, 2004 Posted November 30, 2004 i can't visit my own website, nor can i check my email or ftp into it. it just started suddenly last night. my friends can see it, and i can see it from work. i'm sure you can see it (www.freaksho.net). i was wondering if anyone would know of things to check as to why i would just suddenly not be able to access it. thanks, mr0w1
TCH-Andy Posted November 30, 2004 Posted November 30, 2004 Please submit a ticket to the help desk - that is monitored 24/7 and they can then sort out the issues. I would normally start with a check if I could see the server, check the status on the TCH monitoring page, and check routing between myself and the server. Alternatively - just submit a ticket
