TCH-Rick Posted November 19, 2004 Posted November 19, 2004 As Lisa mentioned, all technical problems should be sent to the Help Desk using the link at the top of this page. Moving accounts to a new server is a hectic process and it is easy to miss a setting. I have adjusted the settings on the server and AWStats should be back in your CPanel. Quote
justuser Posted November 19, 2004 Posted November 19, 2004 I had the same problem. Yesterday I have submited a ticket and my stat was refreshed BUT when i have check it today (more then 24 hours since refresh) it seems dead again. Should i submit a new ticket? Quote
