Malikai Posted November 12, 2004 Posted November 12, 2004 I know this isn't the right place to put this but i couldn't find anywhere else, I submitted a ticket on the help desk to park some other domain names on a new hosting account. However it didnt' send me the ticket key email (or it did and something ate it along the way) I used the forgot ticket key thing, same thing happened said it sent it but I never got it. I've checked the spam filters here and nothing should be blocking it. So to cut a short story shorter I can't check tickets I've placed or even log back into them. Suggestions on what to do? Quote
LisaJill Posted November 12, 2004 Posted November 12, 2004 That would probably also mean that you wouldn't get the response from the help desk. You said you checked the filters - did you use the email on this account? It's usually better to ouse a non-domain related account; although you are just requesting an addition. Did you check your spambox, just in case? Quote
Head Guru Posted November 12, 2004 Posted November 12, 2004 When in doubt, try try again. Just submit another ticket. Bill Quote
Malikai Posted November 12, 2004 Author Posted November 12, 2004 yea it was a completely different email addy, the one my isp gave us. Checked the spam box it wasn't there Already tried submitting another ticket for not receiving help tickets just to see if I got the email for it. Didn't get one for that one either. one thing i did notice was an sql error up the top of the page after submitting the ticket, on the screen that says it sent you the email. Guess I should have written it down, was one of those parsing error on line xxx messages. Think I should try submitting another one so I can put the exact error here? Quote
jandafields Posted November 12, 2004 Posted November 12, 2004 No, I get those same SQL errors - but it doesn't seem to do anything bad. I still get all the emails real quick. Quote
Malikai Posted November 15, 2004 Author Posted November 15, 2004 (edited) hmmm maybe i'll just try my personal email address, instead of my work address EDIT: cool it work with my hotmail account so I'll just use that. Edited November 15, 2004 by Malikai Quote
