yea it was a completely different email addy, the one my isp gave us. Checked the spam box it wasn't there
Already tried submitting another ticket for not receiving help tickets just to see if I got the email for it. Didn't get one for that one either.
one thing i did notice was an sql error up the top of the page after submitting the ticket, on the screen that says it sent you the email. Guess I should have written it down, was one of those parsing error on line xxx messages.
Think I should try submitting another one so I can put the exact error here?
